A bit of a mess. Taste- weird, the taste is very pleasant, which is a stark departure from the nose. Reminiscent of an exceptional high rye bourbon of caramel, honey, apple, and a backbone of baking spice. The oak works here. I know these are the same notes as the nose, but for some reason they come together in a cohesive sip.
