Cadillac cue not working.
It just started becoming intermittently non-responsive again in the last few months. When it acts up, NONE of the icons respond across the entire CUE Screen. Here's the Possible Work-Around: Long-hold the power button until the screen effectively shuts off (and the Analog Clock is shown). Turn the power back on. Press the desired icon.

The screen only does what it is told to do by the cue module. The first thing I would check is all fuses. If it is completely dark, it is getting no power. If those fuses that would be the power supply all check out, my next move would be to remove the module and repeat the operation.

You can reset your cue screen by... 1. turning on car. 2. opening bay door. 3. turning car off (leave bay door open) 4. open car door and leave open for about 30 secs. 5. close door, turn on car, and lower bay door.Turn engine off restart it works.
